The location of the trade center City mall is in the municipality of Karposh, near the sports hall “Partizan”. The main performer of the project was Torus Engineering.

The trade center is built on an area of 22, 800.00 m² and it has one underground level and three ground levels. The height to the garland is 18 m. The total area of the object (GBA) is 90, 000.00 m² out of which 38, 000.00 m² are used as selling space. The central part is formed of 150 stores and two imposing halls that create a round movement for the visitors. In a part of the object there is a storey garage and within the parcel 1, 300.00 m² are foreseen.
